4) Where can CSEND be
installed? CSEND is installed on our servers or
reseller servers running Windows Server and Microsoft
SQL. The minimum requirement is Windows Server 2000,
Microsoft SQL 2000 and .NET framework 1.1. We highly
recommend Windows Server 2003, Microsoft SQL 2005 and
.NET framework 2.0 on a remote location that has
redundant internet connection and good backup system.
5) Can CSEND be customized to my specification?
Absolutely yes! Our application is fully customizable
and scalable.
6) Can you provide 24 x 7 customer support?
We certainly can. We can provide you on-location and
remote support through telephone and other methods such
as web chat, email and remote desktop.
